The Airforce cooktop "Centrale 60" has a lot to offer you. The extractor extracts at a powerful 600 m³/h, automatic pan detection, bridge function (connects two cooking zones on both sides of the hob so that even long and large pans or roasters fit well on it. The cooking zones connected to the bridge function have the same temperature and time settings), childproof lock and a residual heat indicator. The automatic after-run function (5, 10 or 20 minutes) and the 3 levels plus intensive level of the extractor are controlled via the hob control panel.
There are various installation options for the air outlet, allowing you to adapt flexibly to any kitchen situation (see image).
