Our shipping methods

We ship - depending on the type and quantity of items ordered - with Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, GLS, UPS or a forwarding agent. For each order, we select the shipping method that we can deliver to you as quickly as possible.

We will process your orders as quickly as possible. If the ordered items are in stock, they will usually leave our premises on the same day or the next day, unless otherwise stated; only in exceptional cases will there be delays. However, you will always be informed of the current status of your order by e-mail.

Our shipping costs

Regardless of which and how many items are included in your order; you will pay a one-time flat fee for packaging and shipping for each shipment. The amount depends on the country to which you want your shipment sent and can be found below.
