About us - Livingpoint24.de yesterday, today and tomorrow

You feel most comfortable at home. As pathetic as it may sound, our work here at Livingpoint24.de is a haven of security for us. We sit down at our desks, take a deep breath and start processing orders, talking to suppliers and being there for our customers. Ever since Livingpoint24.de was founded, our motto has been "Sales are important, satisfied customers are more important". We have tried to achieve this from the very beginning with high product quality and friendly, competent advice.

Early and founding period

Our company founder, Ines Mikwauschk, started her own business in 2007. Back then, it wasn't furniture handles or kitchen accessories, but the sale of the latest models of an old Levi Strauss invention - robust and fashionable jeans. It was then that the foundations were laid for our experience with online stores.

Through a close acquaintance, many connections and friendships were made in the furniture handle industry over the years. This gave rise to the idea of pooling this knowledge. In 2010, we opened our first store via Ebay.de.

In 2015, we decided to register Livingpoint24.de as a brand. Now things got really serious. The plans for our own online store became more detailed and increasingly concrete. All our efforts culminated in November 2016 in the online store that still exists today at Livingpoint24.de. "My baby finally had a permanent home," our company founder still likes to say today.

Advice and service are essential

We treat our customers in the same way as we look after this baby. If you have any questions, we answer them as knowledgeably as possible. We talk and discuss with those who share their suggestions with us. Every complaint is investigated in detail.

This has been important to all of us from day one. Of course, we live from the money we earn. But our passion for advising our customers, talking to them and making them happy with our products is the most important thing for us.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our suppliers, especially when it comes to exhaust air accessories. Not only for the great quality, but also for the lively flow of information that we can pass on to our customers on a 1:1 basis, so to speak, during consultations.

Environmentally conscious company

Anyone who has ever ordered from us will have noticed that we use 95% environmentally friendly used cardboard boxes. What's more, our neighbors are kind enough to save their old newspapers for us. We use these as filling material for our parcels. Of course, it would be quicker to work with bubble wrap, but sustainability would fall by the wayside. We at Livingpoint24.de are happy to invest time for an environmentally friendly future.
