Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay allows you to pay easily and conveniently with your Amazon account. Instead of having to register, you can simply log in via your Amazon account, select the delivery address and payment method from the alternatives stored with Amazon and confirm.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is the payment method from Apple. This payment method uses the Wallet app. The actual payment method used therefore depends on which payment methods you have stored in the Wallet app. The payment is confirmed by a fingerprint or face scan (Touch ID or Face ID).

Bancontact*

Bancontact (Mister Cash) is one of the most widely used payment methods in Belgium. Bancontact is even the market leader when it comes to electronic payment. If you want to pay with this payment provider, select it in the order process and pay as usual with Bancontact.

Cash payment on collection

Pay conveniently in cash when you collect your ordered goods. To do this, please indicate in the field "Message" that you wish to collect the goods yourself ex works. We will then be happy to arrange a collection date with you personally. There are no costs, we do not grant a discount on the invoice amount.

Belfius*

Paying via Belfius Pay is mainly used by Belgian customers. Belfius is one of the largest banks in Belgium, with Belfius Pay you can make your payment as usual in your own online banking environment or via a smartphone app.

EPS*

Paying with an EPS transfer is a secure online payment system. EPS was developed in cooperation with the Austrian banks. With EPS you can pay for online purchases on the Internet securely and quickly. To pay with EPS you do not need any additional registration, you pay as usual in your own online banking environment of your bank or savings bank.

Giropay

With giropay you can pay with us easily, quickly and securely: in the secure online banking of your bank or savings bank participating in giropay.

Simply use your PIN and TAN from your online banking without any additional registration. For small amounts up to EUR 30, you can now pay without a TAN.

iDeal

Pay with iDEAL. One of the most used payment methods is paying with iDEAL. iDEAL is mainly used in the Netherlands and Belgium, but is also widely used internationally. You can pay with iDEAL if you have an account with one of the following banks: ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, Regiobank, Bunq, Handelsbanken, SNS Regiobank, SNS Bank, ASN Bank, Triodos Bank, Knab, van Lanschot, Moneyyou, Friesland Bank or Fortis Bank. With iDEAL you can pay easily and quickly (online).

ING Home’Pay*

ING Home'Pay is a payment method developed by ING Belgium for anyone with an ING Home'Bank or Business'Bank account. This payment method is very popular in Belgium and is rapidly spreading to other countries.

KBC/CBC Payment Button*

The KBC Payment / CBC Payment payment method is mainly used by Belgian customers. KBC is mainly aimed at Dutch-speaking Belgian customers and CBC at French-speaking Belgian customers. You can pay as usual in your own online banking environment.

Klarna purchase on account

Pay for your order conveniently after purchase by invoice via our partner Klarna. After receiving the invoice, you have 14 days to pay it to Klarna.

Klarna installment purchase

Pay the invoice amount in convenient monthly installments of 1/24 or at least €6.95. For purchases over € 199.99, Klarna will send you an installment contract to sign. Your purchase is considered a purchase on account until it is returned.

Creditcard

We accept the major credit cards Visa and MasterCard. We also guarantee that your highly sensitive information is absolutely safe from access by third parties, as we use modern technology to protect your data and send all entries encrypted via a 256-bit SSL connection.

When you send your order, the invoice amount is reserved on your credit card. Your credit card will not actually be charged until the goods are handed over to the shipper. In the event of a return, we will credit the amount back to your credit card account immediately after processing the receipt of the goods.

Any shipping services for which a charge has been made - such as express shipping - cannot be refunded if the goods are returned.

Postepay*

Our Italian customers can choose between paying with Carta Si and PostePay. Both credit card institutions enable a smooth and relaxed purchase.

Przelewy24*

The Przelewy24 payment method supports payments from over 165 banks and various other payment methods. Przelewy24 is the most used payment method in Poland. If you would like to pay with Przelewy, please select Przelewy24 in the order process.

PayPal

Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase - this makes PayPal payments extra secure. You also pay with just two clicks. There are no transaction fees for you.

Invoice (existing customers and public institutions only)

From your second order onwards, we will be happy to deliver to you within Germany against an open invoice. Authorities, large companies and government institutions can order on account with their first order.
For very large orders, we reserve the right to insist on payment in advance, depending on the order history.

Sofort

With SOFORTÜberweisung you transfer the invoice amount to us. After clicking on "Buy", you will be redirected to the SOFORTÜberweisung page where you can make the payment using your bank details and the TAN procedure you are familiar with. After a successful transfer, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
