Information on delivery time
You will find the expected delivery time information for "normal times" with the articles. Please be aware that the delivery time may be extended due to the worsening exceptional situation (with various restrictions). Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make any binding delivery promises before an order is placed.
Deliveries
The volume of shipments will once again rise sharply in the run-up to Christmas.
Together with the general increase in volume, the delivery situation is likely to become even more difficult.
We ask for your understanding if the delivery time is extended by 1-2 days as a result. Unfortunately, experience has shown that the number of transport damages will also increase. Please check that your goods are intact immediately upon receipt.
Our availability
In view of the current sharp rise in the number of corona infections, we and our suppliers and service partners (parcel services) have to implement stricter precautionary and hygiene measures. Some of our employees are working from home.
Our team is available to you by e-mail as usual from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, by telephone with limited availability (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00). You are therefore welcome to use the e-mail contact for communication.
Availability of our products
We are still able to call up the majority of the entire range from our manufacturers, wholesalers and suppliers as usual. The availability of goods therefore remains high. Orders are being accepted without restrictions and processed promptly.
We usually only find out about delivery delays on the part of manufacturers and suppliers after the order call-off. We pass this information on to our customers immediately. We ask for your understanding should such situations arise.
We will continue to do our best for you and are always available should you have any further questions or concerns.
